Register themselves using their official email address after due verification of the mobile number and email address2. Reset their password using the forgot password link3. Check availability and book workstations for one or multiple workstations/days4. View their bookings5. Cancel their bookings6. Scan their booked workstations to confirm occupancy7. Book workstation from floor plan for the desired location8. Email confirmation for each of the aforementioned activities is sent to the users registered email address
